We are considered an "out-of-network" provider with most insurance companies. ​

Payments for appointment charges are due 24 hours prior to the visit and no later than at the time of your appointment. We accept credit and debit cards.​

Terms of Payment:

Fees must be paid prior to services rendered and will be billed to the credit/debit card on file. Our fees are subject to change periodically. In the event of fee increases, you will receive a 30-day notice.

Following the completion of the appointment, we will provide you with a detailed receipt, known as a "superbill", which you can then submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

It is the patient's responsibility and is advisable to contact your insurance company before your visit to understand the reimbursement process for out-of-network services.

Court Hearings or Appearances Fees

Court Hearings (Up to 4 hours): $800 (payable prior to court appearance)

Each Additional 4-Hour Increment: $800
